About the team:
Corporate Real Estate & Logistics team is responsible for Facility management of Swiss Re Bratislava location.

Your main responsibilities will consist of:
- Serving as first point of contact for all visitors coming to our location
- Visitor management
- Visitor registration and access management
- Ordering of transportation for colleagues from remote Swiss Re locations
- Switchboard
- Taking care of internal & external clients´ requests
- Ensuring smooth operation of the Reception desk
- Administrative work (reports, statistics...)
- Back - up role for Internal services team
- Support for other CRE&LO teams
- Performing of other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor

Working schedule is fixed, 8 hours per day.

This contract is valid until 30. 06. 2017.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

We are looking for a person who enjoys the daily contact and communication with client and who is ready to adapt on constantly changing environment.

- Secondary education
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage
- Good communication skills with people on all levels
- Customer focus
- Organized and flexible, good time management
- Comprehension of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- English and Slovak language: written and spoken fluency
- Client centricity is a natural part of your personality
