Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The position holder is supporting the team in operational sourcing tasks for the category Data and Information Sourcing (DIS) as are Data maintenance, entitlement management, invoicing, vendor management support.
• Take on end to end responsibility for administration of all contracts in force and invoice payments for the DIS team- Requisition thru Receiving
• Handle data inventory tool (MDSL) for user and contract data: input and maintenance of data, support data quality management and control
• Input and maintenance of user/ usage/ contract data in DIS/Sourcing fundamental toolkit, including purchase order creation and cost allocation process such as Oracle/SAP ePro; data inventory tool (MDSL); contract management tool (LCM); new sourcing application
• Vendor contact and other data research and maintenance (Oracle, Cerebro, MDM, Orbis, other tools ) – verification of contacts
• Variable invoice reconciliation for usage based costs (e.g. Bloomberg per security data feeds)
• Support renewal "challenge process" management with internal clients
• Handling of report, generation & analysis – Level one support for consumer
• Practical Operational Liaison for Finance, Accounts Payables and consumer business departments and individual users
• Support administration and vendor relationship for DIS category publication and subscription

• Ability to interact effectively with internal customers
• Strong verbal and written business communication skills
• Responsible for sound decisions around processes and issues within the scope of day to day job
• Self-motivated global team member
• Good comprehension of MS Office
