Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role you will support the Intragroup Service Recharges (ISR) and Intragroup Service Agreements (ISA) process as part of the Intragroup Service team.
• Administer supporting documentation and records for the Intragroup Service Agreements (ISA) and Intragroup Service Recharges (ISR) operations.
• Ensure consistency of the structure and maintenance of all the storage / communication platforms used by the team: DocSpace, Ourspace, shared drive, ISA Coordinator mailbox, ISA database, ISA pipeline, etc.
• Support the ISA workflow by drafting the agreements and following up on the approvals and signatories. Collect signed ISA counterparts and update the underlying tracking file.
• Improve and simplify administration of daily business.
• Support the annual service verification exercise by pre populating and coordinating the send-out of the service templates to Service Provider.
• Help to prepare information collected in verification process to be used in the recharge model.
• Preparation and send-out of the intra-group invoices.
• Preparation of reports (mainly excel and power point), overviews and statistics for the team as well as the stakeholders as requested.

Personality requirements and skills
• Secondary Economic School or Secondary Grammar school with experience in the area of finance, banking, accounting, administration or University degree preferably in the area of finance, banking, accounting, economics
• Good verbal and written business communication skills
• Willingness to learn new concepts and grow own area of responsibility
• High-level understanding of tax, legal, regulatory and compliance requirements is a plus
• Very good comprehension of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
• English fluent written and spoken
