Job description, responsibilities and duties

The position-holder is responsible for the monthly investment reconciliations for various legal entities including the maintenance of the investment sub-ledgers. Your role would be to verify and distribute monthly and quarterly investment client reports, also perform monthly, quarterly and annual group and local investment submissions including actual, projection and plan.

Within this position your main responsibilities will be:
- Perform monthly investment reconciliation for various legal entities including the maintenance of the investment
sub-ledgers.
- Reconciliation of derivatives
- Verify and distribute monthly and quarterly investment client reports.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual group and local investment submissions including actual, projection and plan
- Monthly and quarterly generation and submissions of local and US-GAAP YTD-Reports
- Generation and submissions of accurate investment projections and full-year business plans
- Utilize the investment system as well as other various software applications, such as Business Object reporting
system and Excel spreadsheets to prepare and review group investment reports.
- Collaboration and cooperation with internal clients to respond to ad-hoc queries in a timely manner
- Coordinate, review, and analyze cash flow data to prepare accurate investment projections and full-year business
plans
- Provide timely and concise information to clients, portfolio managers, IT, auditors and other asset management
departments
- Assist with special projects and other areas of Operations
- Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Word - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree in Economics, preferably Accounting, Finance/Banking/Investments
- Some related finance experience
- Language skills: English fluent written and spoken
- Very good comprehension of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Knowledge of Investment or banking systems, standard general ledger
- Team player with a strong communication skills
