Job description, responsibilities and duties

The team is responsible for regular reporting of various attributes related to externally managed investments. Standard reporting is performed on a daily, weekly and monthly frequency. The focus is on performance, exposures and transaction activity. Ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders require flexibility in work allocation and open communication within the team.
The position holder is also involved in External Investment Manager's assessment. This includes monitoring and maintenance of the key performance indicators.

The team member is able to work diligently with detail orientation. Data extraction and maintenance is combined with comprehensive analysis and correct interpretation. At the same time, the person participates in various initiatives and projects, focusing on development, testing and implementation of new tools, processes and systems.

Portfolio Monitoring Team is also responsible for monitoring different investment compliance restrictions and limits. All compliance violations must be precisely investigated, recorded and reported according to set up processes.


• Ensure correctness and completeness of extracted data
• Participation on the regular and ad-hoc reporting
• Execution of quality checks and controls
• Participation on various analysis as an output for stakeholders based on the achieved performance, exposures and activity of the managers
• Communication with stakeholders internally as well as externally
• Participation on project work – development, implementation and testing of new tools, processes
• Simplification and automations of existing reporting framework
• Development and overseeing the reporting on a set of defined key performance indicators as basis for a qualitative assessment of the external investment managers

Personality requirements and skills

University degree in economics, preferably with a finance focus.
0 to 3 years of working experience.
Very good knowledge of MS Excel required.
Asset Management (investments) knowledge mandatory.
