Job description, responsibilities and duties
As our recruitment team is growing, we are looking for a new recruitment support.
You will be responsible for supporting Swiss Re recruitment team in the activities related mainly to candidates preselection:
• Close cooperation with Recruitment Specialists
• Reviewing and pre-screening candidates, screening of motivation, English language skills and other skills
• Interviews scheduling
• Communicating with candidates throughout the selection process
• Administrative support to recruiters
• Work with internal systems, track all changes in hiring process related to candidates and positions
• Support marketing activities (Job Fairs, ad hoc events)
