Digital Architect (.NET)

As a Digital Architect, you will contribute to software architecture and development of a centralized authorization system and user administration for all Solar digital services based on business and cybersecurity requirements.

What will be your task at this position?

As an architect and tech leader you will be in control of the following tasks:

• Analyzing requirements with business stakeholders
• Working on design, architecture, and development of software according to requirements
• Creating visual diagrams such as logical technical diagrams, flowcharts, and models that document complexity of the software
• Looking for the most recent coding practices and design patterns in software development; socializing them within your team
• Leading development of complex systems and components that are shared and used by other systems
• Resolving complex application or technical problems
• Mentoring team members in software development using C# language in the most recent .NET
• Supporting team members in using good architectural principles
• Supporting automated release process (CI/CD) and DevOps practices
• Using agile practices during the whole software development lifecycle
• Proactive coordination with product owner in backlog prioritization; giving technical leadership and vision to plans and roadmaps;
• Active collaboration with other key roles such as data scientists, architects, infrastructure experts so that your team is aligned with company’s latest technology vision and agreed development practices
• Making sure latest cybersecurity standards are incorporated into the developed software

What do we expect from a suitable candidate?

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in Software engineering
• Proven record of strong technical understanding and technical leadership
• 5 years or more of relevant industry experience
• 3 years or more of experience with designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining large scale enterprise web applications
• 5 years or more of software engineering experience in C# and .NET
• Strong understanding of Agile methods, preferable Scrum and SAFE
• You communicate in Slovak and English
