Job description

The goal of the position is to handle specific DDM (Detailed Design Modification) issues/activities which need a dedicated follow-up.

We are looking for a professional or a fresh graduate, who would like to start his career in project coordination within multiple disciplines.

Main responsibilities:

Performance of DDM evaluation and coordination of this evaluation;
Management of multi-disciplinary interfaces of the critial issue (both physical and functional interfaces);
Communication with and providing support to other relevant departments or designed interfaces (commissioning, licensing, etc.);
Planning and controlling of fulfillment of the tasks and related activities with aim to ensure their consistency with the overal project plan and schedule;
Identification of risks and criticalities, proposing and implementing solutions to minimize or avoid their effects. Pointing out their impact on timing or costs to the relevant unit/area.
Providing of assistance to heads of units/areas when solving multidisciplinary issues;
Keeping the records of agreed actions and controlling whether they were performed and followed-up;
Updating the Comment Sheets Management System (document management software) and reporting of implementation status of relevant documentation;
In cooperation with other functions monitoring the impact and implementation of DDM into relevant documentation and engineering field dispositions (EFD);
Finalisation of new DDMs, including approval and notification process.
