Job description

We are looking for a skilled Contract Administrator for Electrical Parts. The successful candidate will participate on the MO34 Project – construction of Nuclear Power Plant in Mochovce. His/her main role will be taking care of an assigned contracts related to cable supplies. Successful candidate will be an interface among relevant contractors and respective project divisions in all the issues related to the contracts, including project specifications and all necessary reports.

 Scrutiny of Contract Documents, Project Specifications and ensure the validity of Sub Contractors Progress Reports and claims and to ensure the coherence between the Contract Documents.
 Assist with Contract Management; prepare revisions and proposals for new price and additional work requests.
 Responsible for the evaluation of monthly measurement sheets and approval of invoices submitted by sub-contractor and settle disputes.
 Coordinating and instructing site inspectors for the checks of accounting documentation.
 Responsible for the Evaluation of Additional Works and to coordinate with the Sub contractor and Client to prepare estimates.
 Responsible for the Coordination with Project Department to update the Contract budget due to Additional works and Modifications.
 Responsible for the Verification of as Built drawings submitted by the Sub Contractor and to revise the BOM accordingly.
 Preparation of Cost details and summary of all back charges as per Purchase Order requirements and Division of Work and submit it to the concerned parties.
 Assist the Contracts Departments in the matter of claims and counter claims with the client and sub-contractor.
 Coordinate with the material order to ensure the supply doesn’t have any negative impacts on finances.
 Assist site in the preparation of material take-off.
 Prepare change proposals (technical and commercial) to change requests. Determine and evaluate cost impact of potential changes.
 Preparation of daily/weekly and monthly progress reports including sub-contractors for progress evaluation.
 Coordination with client to settle disputes on work progress and billing settlement.
 Responsible for the preparation of progress billing and invoices for lump sum, field work directives and change order works for submittal to the client.
 Responsible for registration of Out of Scope of Work activities.

We are looking for Contract Administrator - Electrical Parts for the company SE Služby inžinierskych stavieb, s.r.o., (shortly SE SIS). SE SIS is a subsidiary of Slovenské elektrárne, established in August 2015 and with its registered seat in Mochovce, Nitra region.

The purpose of its establishment is to be more efficient in management of engineering, construction and commissioning activities in order to support Mochovce 3&4 nuclear power plant construction project, by means of experienced and highly qualified professionals with required technical knowledge, skills, diligence and attitude necessary to complete the project following all applicable laws and regulations.

The main goal is to contribute to the successful completion of Mochovce 3&4 project.
