Preparation of Consolidated Budget / Forecast, using the critical view in analyzing the assumptions proposed by the Business Units;

Definition and monitoring of a set of Key Performance Indicators and Key Financial Indicators;

Monthly reporting on group level and local level analyzing company results, financial and qualitative performance indicators using specific reports as a tool for analyzing and summarizing the information in order to compare trends both with previous periods and with Budget;

Support the Business units through financial and operational analysis, benchmarking, within and outside the Group;

Support Planning and Control Management in the definition of financial targets to be assigned to Management and their monthly/yearly monitoring;

Contributes to team effort, as needed, to accomplish the results/objectives/deadlines settled by Management and close cooperation with accounting and tax department.
