Job description

  • to manage the documentation in Health & Safety (H&S) field; to coordinate the issuance, receive, revision, distribution and filing of the documents in connection with the Health & Safety procedures;
  • to check the congruity of the safety documentation and the application of the safety documentation;
  • to check the Contractors activities and plans for safety purposes during the activities of construction, erection and commissioning;
  • to check, revise and verify of the Health & Safety plans, risk assessments and method statements submitted by the contractors;
  • to coordinate meeting schedules of the Department; to maintain close relations with Client’s and Supplier’s Health & Safety Representatives;
  • to carry out regular inspections at site and to report on the findings;
  • to support (interpreting / translating to/from English and Slovak) the Team members during formal and informal meetings or any other situations which required fluent language skill;
  • to maintain effective document retrieval systems - compilation and management of paper based documents; effective use of databases and storage facilities;
  • to implement the legislation, requirements and the project rules.

  • Successful candidate will be employed by ENEL INGEGNERIA E RICERCA S.p.A., organizacna zlozka. It is the Slovak Branch of Enel Ingegneria e Ricerca Italy – one of ENEL’s group of companies, supplying construction services - not Slovenske elektrarne.
The Slovak Branch was established with the purpose to implement the project of completion of Units 3 and 4 of Mochovce power plant.
