Job description
Leading and coordination of works for the business development activities as follows:
- Searching and analyzing of potential investment and acquisition opportunities
- Performing investment feasibility analyses and due diligence
- Coordinating and management of business Development and Merger and Acquisition processes
- Coordinating and management of greenfield projects development
- Monitoring of market development and analyzing opportunities for improvement of market position
- Monitoring local and regional electricity markets and related macroeconomic data
