Continuous Improvement Specialist

* Using Six Sigma methodology or project management, leads project teams to deliver project cost, quality and time objectives established by the Champion and his/her respective business unit or functional executive
* Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of quality and savings goals
* Leads or supports smaller improvement ideas
* Attend required training and acquires needed skills
* Identify and brings forward to Champion new project opportunities
* Responsible for company KPI reporting
* Responsible for company Work Instruction management

* Degree in / business studies/economics/engineering
* At least 1-2 years’ experience, preferred in Finance organizations CI role (transitions, project management or process management)
* Computer skills: MS Office, macro is a plus
* Lean Six Sigma training: Green Belt or Black Belt
* Experience in leading projects
* Facilitation skills to lead presentations
* English is a must
