Create your next opportunity with us as a Collections Analyst for our Collection team in Bratislava.

Collection Analyst is the right position for you if you have an investigative, negotiating mentality and like to solve problems. Also, if you are highly motivated, posses confidence and persistence, you can make it your career in our Bratislava Business Centre.  If chosen, you will be collecting on past due invoices as well as maintaining long term relationships with our clients. As the first point of contact for our internal and external customers in the US, you will be protecting company assets and minimizing losses.

 

As a Collections Analyst you will:

* Manage debts on customer account portfolios assigned
* Ensure customers are contacted preferably by telephone as well as email Negotiate timely payment plan with the customer
* Identify reasons for delay of payments, offer and initiate solutions to recover debt efficiently
* Identify invoices in dispute, assign them to appropriate resolvers, coordinate and follow up on the resolution process
* Propose uncollectible debt for further legal actions and/or write-offs
* Support other teams by contacting customers and searching for payment details in order to allocate incoming payments
* Perform regular account reconciliation with internal and external customers
* Update records of debtors
* Regularly report and analyze top open invoices with local finance & operations

Requirements:

* Fluent English in both spoken & written form (level C1 or similar)
* Ability to speak clearly as well as active listening skills leading to understanding and presenting information and ideas verbally is a core skill
* Negotiation skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Focus on tasks is essential
* Strong Time management and personal management skills
* Goal-driven, target oriented performance
* Emotional intelligence, good interpersonal communication skills and ability to react professionally to potential client complaints
* Analytical skills are highly appreciated
* University education with financial/economic background (or experience) preferred, but not a must

Working shift is fixed from 1.30 PM to 10.00 PM
