Customer Service Lead
- Your responsibilities
- * coordinate and running customer satisfaction survey running and also responsible for implementing action plan
* BBC portal regular update
* organizing meetings / calls with internal customers ( monthly performance calls)
* managing internal customers visit
* link with business unit liaison
* regular post on BBC community
* develop presentations for BBC, oversee overall BBC
* organize and manage ( not present) quarterly calls with business finance people (25-30 calls per quarter)
* daily think about customers and help to improve customer satisfaction
* contact list update and sharing with business
* organize and manage BBC workshops about various topic based on finance strategy.
* coordinate updates of BBC customer portal pages in alignment with GBS Knowledge and Portal Manager
* maintain BBC Community site and populate it with content – especially newsfeed posts
* develop communication materials, e.g. presentations on the BBC, portal stories on the BBC, videos
- Your qualificiations
- * BA/MBA degree in economics graduated in business administration/management
* Min.3 years’ experience in business environment
* US GAAP experience
* MS Office, SAP, Hyperion experience
* Excellent PC knowledge
* Loyalty, Discretion
* Excellent oral and written communications skills
* English language Business Proficient level
* Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives
* Ability to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people & to lead negotiations
* Ability to recognize, respond to customer expectations with sense of urgency and even increase expectations
