HR Generalist
Provide HR related administrative services in terms of staffing and onboarding, talent management, training and development, employee engagement, internal communication, HR systems and reporting, with close cooperation with Senior HR Manager.
• Support the Management with tracking and reporting on HR measurables as well as Key Performance Indicators in line with internal targets.
• Based on business needs facilitate recruitment services and administration, timely and effective onboarding process, supports exit process and exit interviews.
• Based on gaps in employee performance and skill assessment support the supervisors in identifying improvement solutions.
• Support Talent Management/Succession Planning administration.
• Partner with managers to implement innovative actions to increase employee retention.
• Support Employee Survey actions, provide professional expertise for supervisors in creating and executing action plans.
• Support the implementation of HR procedures and instructions.

• 3 years in HR fields
• Experience in staffing, training and development, employee communication and reporting
• Project management skills
• Presentations and Communication skills
• Excellent skills level in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English
• Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives
• 3 years in HR fields
