HR Administrator

HR Administrator – part time (20 hours)
Location: Bratislava

Responsibilities
* End to end responsibility for HR administration (70 people in several locations across Slovakia)

* Being a single point of contact for employees and handling most of the administrative/operational tasks

* Preparation and update of all employment related documents (contracts, amendments…)

* Collating and verifying attendance

* Calculating meal vouchers entitlements

* Creating purchase orders

* Scanning, filling

* Handling various ad hoc HR reports, checklists etc.

* Providing support to HR Manager as needed
 
 

 
 

* Experience in internal HR (especially administration) is a must

* Ability to work independently

* Overview of Slovak employment law

* Attention to detail, reliability, ability  to follow things through

* Good communication skills with the ability adjust one’s style to the audience and situation

* Commitment to confidentiality

* Communicative level of English

* PC literacy
