Handyman

Key Accountabilities:
 
• Condition monitoring of air-conditioning
• Regulate the temperature according to the requirements, operation boiler
• Assembly, disassembly, maintenance and implementation of water supply, sewage and heating wiring and equipment
• Compliance with safety and fire regulations
• Removal incurred failures and incidents on electrical equipment, power control activities
• Assembled and dismantled lamps, switches, electrical outlets, burned out light bulbs and fluorescent lamps, faucets, handles, locks, etc..
• Removal works and other  works
• Keeping records
• Implementation of preventive examinations, responsibility entrusted machinery and equipment, diagnosis and subsequent removal of the detected faults and shortcomings
• Maintenance of building and grounds, fine craftsmanship
• Employee internal moves
• Funiture moves
• Distribution of various items throughout the JCI buildings
• Preventive maintanence of building technical items
• Perform various activities as directed by superviseor
• In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
 
 
HSEE:
• Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training
• Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls
• Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies
• Quality
• Apply, execute and maintain function related quality issues
 

Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

* Knowledge of English appriciated
* Experience with similar position
* Good standards in communication with clients
