Senior Quality Engineer AQE

•           Advanced Quality Planning for headrest programs

·          Advance Quality Planning for Johnson Controls manufacturing (PFMEA reviews, Customer PPAP follow up, feasibility check and support for drawing modification where necessary, support on internal 8D, safety audit and Safety Sign Offs)
·          Quality Planning for production - transfer in Europe
·          AQE-activities for phase 0 - concept studies (prototype quality planning)
·          BBP - Quality standardization for Headrest
·          Coordination of Advanced Quality Activities between Plants / Engineering / Purchasing / Suppliers
·          Plant support to achieve a successful product launch
·          Is responsible for the fulfilling the quality related deliverables in accordance to PLUS
·          In addition to PLUS he/she has to fulfill customer specific requirements, related to quality
·          Overall, the employee is together with the SDT responsible to reach customer requirements and expectations
·          Supporting the Quality Department in the plant for program launches
·          Supplier Development – and critical Supplier follow up
·          Develop Quality Best Practice and implement these in the operation plants
·          Quality Lesson Learned
·          Quality input for DFM&A / Drawing reviews
·          Insure prototype quality meets customer expectations
·          Safety Sign Offs (Product & Processes)
·          SPSO / PSO
·          Design for Manufacturing Reviews (Feasibility Studies)
·          Participate on SDT, DFMEA, PFMEA, etc.
·          MSA / gauge planning
 

Universal degree or adequate education
·          Min. 5 years of working experience on quality related activities in a development and/or production environment
·          Experience with OEM’s and/or Supplier
·          Experiences in leading and develop, train quality people
·          Skills to work on management level
·          Trained in standards for Quality Management Systems (QMS): VDA 6.1, EAQF, AVSQ, EFQM
·          Application of QMS tools and techniques: APQP, FMEA, Inspection planning, SPC, DOE, QFD
·          Experience in the automotive industry
·          Knowledge in PC software applications (Microsoft Office)
