Global IBMer Tax Analyst

Job Description

We are offering position in finance/accounting/HR area for motivated and dynamic candidate with good analytical skills who will enjoy work in international company.
Our team provides financial and tax services linked with employees travelling to another IBM location for short- or long-term assignments. Our mission is to ensure excellent client experience and financial integrity for assignees from Europe, Middle East and Africa, Latin America and Canada. Successful candidate will join team of skilled analysts with wide learning possibilities and strong career growth potential.


Position consists of:

Analyse and execute taxable compensation　

Resolve assignee and tax provider query　

Act as business advisors for assignees in area of international tax　

Build strong interlock between Core Payroll & Tax Service Provider to meet compliance requirement　

Handle Project task and address the identify deficiency in the process & Transformation work 　

Handle Compliance / Business Control/Audit requirements　

Cross report Compensation and Benefit/other payments paid to on Global Mobility Program to the partner country timely and accurately　

Deliver annual compensation detail to the Tax Service Provider



Candidates profile:

English: Fluent　

Master's Degree (position suitable for fresh graduates)　

MS Office　

Good communication skills & Analytical thinking　

Team player, Flexible and Self-motivated personality
