Client Experience Advisor

Job Description

We, as Client Experience for Sales team, part of IBM Sales Management Support, work with IBM client feedback collected from around the world.
Our analytical insights from client surveys land in the hands of each senior sales leader.
Our Advisors analyze client feedback using advanced statistical methodologies, such as IBM Watson or SPSS and consult sales leaders on actions to be taken based on their findings.

Job responsibilities:

Build strong network and presence with regional Sales executives
Integrate Client Experience into Sales Executives management system
Provide regular Client Experience insights & analysis and recommend action plans
Advise regional Sales Executives and his team on client experience and areas of improvement based on client feedback
Interact with the Sales Management Support team to ensure business requirements are reflected in the standard Client Experience deliverables and analytics
Support Corporate Audit with Client Experience data and process information from education decks

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (listening, influencing)
Presentation skills with fluent English is a must, other languagues are plus
Proactive, willing to take ownership and initiative
Persistent and unafraid of complexity
Analytical skills - experience with market research, client surveys is an advantage
Experience with statistical and analytical software (SPSS) is an advantage

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
● Sales experience and Project management an advantage (strong follow up, setting of milestones, plans etc.)
● Tool skills: Advanced user in Cognos, dashboard, online reports
