Job Description　

First pre-selection of internal and external applications
Lead face to face interview with candidates
Writing assessments of the candidates
Manage recruitment process with hiring managers
Responsible person for guiding and supporting involved parties in case of any questions or issues
Providing feedback to the candidates
Maintain positive communication with candidates
Cooperation with other team members and departments
Participate on recruitment strategies

Required education
University education Master's degree with preferred background in Human resources field

Language skills
Fluent English

Excellent organizational and process related skills
Proactive, results oriented and good judgment
Able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, attention to detail and timelines
