Contract Commercial Manager

Job Description

As part of the Global Process Services unit manage multiple UK SO GTS accounts responsible for all aspects of running the contract operationally and financially.

Role mission
Support PE to own the P&L
Manage Contract Governance/Compliance and Customer Relationship
Interact with all IBM internal department and functions within the responsibility area
Acts as an interface into the different contract services.
Major Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. P&L responsibility/Invoicing
- Request the monthly/ qtr-ly invoicing based on the contractual agreement or billing instructions from the lead/ Global teams
- Understand and provide guidance on the signings & backlog issues
- Interact with different departments within IBM to ensure smooth revenue flow
- Manage the revenue & cost forecast and roadmap
- Manage POs – both vendor & customer
- Manage and improve DSO, Manage debt forecast and dealing with disputes
- ICA Management in cooperation with Finance – forecasting, providing the information, assure all the actions happen on time
- Interlock with Finance on daily basis and present SO Base financials to the leadership team - provide updates about daily movement on both revenue & cost
2. Contract changes management
- Draft, review and store all contract changes
3. Manage Work at risk
- Open and close work at risk
- Maintain and follow up case by case
- Resolve work at risk within an account team
4. Manage contract performance
- Prepare and lead monthly account meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes and distribute
- Prepare PMR (project management review) presentation
5. Review and audit management
- Responsible for all documentation and approvals for specific account
- Responsible for monthly compliance posture
- Support PE in all reviews
6. Contract deliverables and baselines
7. Risk and Issues management

Candidate will be working from Bratislava Slovakia IBM International Services Centre s.r.o.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal
