Responsibilities:
• Receive, validate order requests
• Order entry into appropriate system/tool/forward for order entry to appropriate CF team
• Performing primarily routine and standardized sets of tasks
• The work may involve a series of repeatable tasks and steps that are followed when addressing service needs or situations for one or more accounts
• Team members participate once or more a day in cadence discussion on team performance
• Maintain appropriate functional and tools skills in specific areas of responsibility, and execute with efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure SO Customer satisfaction through timely and complete responses to inquiries, and proactive problem resolution
• Understand customer expectations and support these through appropriate communication and action
• Practice cross-functional teaming
