Client Experience Advisor for Australia & New Zeland

Job description

IBM Sales Management Support plays a unique and integral role in driving key business decisions, supporting operations and influencing business results. Sales Management Support operates as a values-driven team, we are trusted advisors to the business operations and we support all business units in all geographic areas.

Job responsibilities:
- Advise regional Executive General Manager and his team on client experience and areas of improvement based on client feedback analysis
- Build strong network and presence with regional Sales executives, winning their buy in for Client Satisfaction and drive of action plans, which you help create, document progress and follow up with owners for roll up
- Integrate Client Satisfaction into management system.
- Implement Client Satisfaction management system, interlocked with overall regional level management system
- Support the Client Experience Analyst tam to drive seller execution of client satisfaction programs and surveys.
- Provide Client Experience Analyst team with regional business insight, priorities enabling Analysts deliver analytics with relevant focus
- Interact with the Sales Management Support team to ensure business requirements are reflected in the standard Client Experience deliverables and analytics.
- Interfaces as needed with other organizations such as Marketing Insights, Communications, Global Brands, Sales Transaction Hub and S&ST.
- Support Corporate Audit with Client Experience data and process information from education decks

Required Skills:
- Professional business presence in front of high level Executives
- Excellent networking and presentation/ communication skills
- Knowledge of the organizations – strong inclusive team player
- Mature, self driven personality
- Sales experience and Project management an advantage (strong follow up, setting of milestones, plans etc.)
- Ambassador and adequate maturity to bridge CoE professionals with the right sales leaders in the business
- Tool skills: advanced user in Cognos, dashboard, online reports
