| Job description |
| As a Front End Developer, your main responsibility is for the production, modification and maintenance of websites and web application’s user interfaces. This involves working closely with designers and developers to integrate the design seamlessly into the chosen technology in order to develop complex, interactive and database driven websites. Further responsibilities: - Discussing technical solutions with clients and providing innovative ideas to solutions. - Developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions - Contributing to documentation (instructional, pitch and technical specification) - Providing accurate timing estimates on work. Skills and experience necessary for this role: - Detailed knowledge of JavaScript language - Knowledge of JavaScript UI frameworks - OOP, prototype inheritance - CSS 2/3 (pseudo-classes, shadows, gradients, multiple backgrounds, browser implementation differences) - Experience with JQuery - Some experience in AJAX, JSON techniques - English (speaking and writing), German Language is beneficial - Ability to work for customer on-site Years of experience are not a prerequisite, instead it is all about your technical capability and demonstrable experience: the types of project size you’ve worked on, your knowledge of UX and IA, your ability to turn around a project, and also your strengths in advance Javascript UI Development. |
