| We are looking for a Market Research Analyst to join our European Talent Search Team based in Bratislava. The team acts as an IBM internal recruitment agency and is part of a wider global set up. This role will suit someone who has worked in a recruitment /human resources field and is comfortable working in an international and virtual environment. The Market Research Analyst: - will work in a team responsible for sourcing and head-hunting professionals for open roles within IBM Europe and support the team in headhunting initiatives by providing market intelligence - will use a variety of tools and techniques to help the business in long term talent acquisition strategies, provide research and market intelligence about other organizations in the same industry - will be able to identify competitor structures, reporting lines and roles of responsibility, capture information about a key individual’s experience, track record of success, skills and academic background - will deliver maps of defined organizations, broken down into segmented groups in order to allow IBM to effectively prioritize its recruitment resources for future purposes Key Skills Required for this role : - Ability to analyze larger amounts of collected data - Ability to select relevant information and present them in appropriate manner - Experience in preparing and presenting PowerPoint presentations - Analytical thinking - Client relationship and client management skills - Organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize own workload - Communication and networking skills - Ability to work under pressure - Tenacious - Self-motivated, self-starter - Must be comfortable and experienced with working in a virtual team as well as working in an international/matrix environment - Fluent English required Nice to have: - Preferably experience in business analyst related role in HR/recruitment area - Experience in conducting market research and market mapping to provide valuable insight/intelligence back to clients - Recruitment/HR experience - Experience in sourcing candidates via key word and skill search - International working experience Successful candidates can use great benefits provided by the IBM company for its employees.
