IBM Global Financing Accounting Analyst
| Job description |
| IGF Accounting analyst controls over balances of general ledger accounts and ensures that transactions booked in IGF accounts by various systems are correct and in line with US GAAP and IBM guidance. Working as IGF Accountant means: -> Advising on the structure of the new financed offerings, contract review and assessing accounting impact of expected business transactions -> Performing lease classification testing (Operating / Capital) -> Representing correctly financed volumes and inventory on Balance Sheet and complying with company order policy -> Overseeing inception and billing control accounts and liaise with other business areas to resolve inception and billing issues -> Analyzing IGF Balance sheet and I/E , Revenue / Cost match -> Calculating portfolio split in order to determine general & specific reserve provisions Requirements: PC literancy / MS Office Analytical and logical thinking with ability to make fast and accurate decisions based on available facts Good communication skills Good team player with ability to work under pressure Readiness to travel (up to 4 weeks at the beginning) Finance/Accounting experience preferred |
