Service Delivery and People Manager 

Job description
"Manage and coach department of about 15-17 individuals in line with the performance objectives of the respective area and ensure operational excellence
Growing area with strong potential for high performing individuals to move into upline managerial role
Job duties are in one of the GPS service delivery area focused on service delivery to internal customer (IGA Business Operations)
Manage HR processes including hiring, personnel evaluations, career development, skill development, compensation, and workforce diversity
Facilitate team recognition & reward.
Support an empowered team through counseling, coaching, instilling trust, and clarifying boundaries.
Participate in assigned task forces and projects.

Skills:
Candidate is expected to have previous experience, at least 3 years, in managing people
Experience from different functions within IBM e.g. Finance, Service Delivery, IT
Good general IT literacy, including a good level of knowledge of technologies and services an advantage
Good understanding of Service delivery on IGA account with regards to offerings, organisation, processes an advantage
Good understanding of financial management, business management and cost estimating an advantage
Project Management skills an advantage
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset, problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simoulraneously and tos et priorities in paralel
Ability work under pressure, make decisions to meet critical deadlines
Positive, proactive attitude, enerhy through ""can do attitude""
Fluent English (written and spoken) with communication on Executive level

Required

Master 's Degree or equvalent
At least 3 years experience in managerial role
At least 5 years experience in Service Delivery, IT or Finance






Preferred

Business/Management
At least 5 years experience in IT, Finace or Service Delivery
