Job Description: The Corporate User Technologies (UT) group needs an experienced L3 software engineer to maintain IBM Eclipse Help System and IBM Knowledge Center (KC). IBM Eclipse Help System (IEHS) is an Eclipse based help system infrastructure that is deployed on ibm.com as infocenters (soon to be replaced by Knowledge Center), as well as bundled by products and deployed to customers. Knowledge Center is a strategic one-stop shop for client post-sales and support needs on ibm.com, as well as product bundled version deployed to customers. The L3 developer works closely with the L1/L2 support team in US and China, and the KC development team in Bratislava, Toronto and other developers located around the world.
