Business Operations Manager
| Job description |
| Business Operations Manager is responsible for: Cost control of each source cost category (FTE, HW, NW) for specific EMEA region. Ensure the quarterly forecasting of IT spend is as accurate as possible by building a bottom - up forecasts in cooperation with IGA Finance & Planning team. Ownership and deep understanding of financial spend and business accumen in a designated EMEA region. Driving CTO and Scope Reduction activities, verification, case and methodology development, tracking, reporting, arbitration and education. Day to day communication with local IGA to understand the business changes, financial discrepancies, validating correctness of received invoices, manual charges, challenging unordenary costs Close cooperation with IGA IMT leads in order to lead the countries into effective IT spend. The Business Operations Manager acts as the main focal point among other IGA parties (ENI, F&P, NPO…), where he/she regularly analyzes provided data, formulates and communicates financial consequences based on business change. |
