Client Satisfaction Specialist 

Job description
  • Based on collected client feedback through external surveys, Client Satisfaction Specialist enables sales teams to improve client value through:
  • Driving the client satisfaction programs, processes, and tools available to execute sales teams in assessing, maintaining, and improving their client’s satisfaction
  • Developing insights and recommended actions based on client feedback to enable improvement in respective geographies and business units
  • Presenting findings to Sales Executives and recommending corrective actions.
  • Interacting as needed within other organizations in IBM to execute assigned responsibilities to meet Client Satisfaction targets

    We need:
  • analytical and administrative skills
  • excellent communication skills (listening, influencing)
  • proactive, willing to take ownership and initiative
  • persistent and unafraid of complexity
  • prior work experience required (customer facing welcome)
  • English fluent, other European languages are welcome

  • Required
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 1 year experience in client facing, analytical preferred
    • English: Fluent
    Preferred
    • Master's Degree in Business/Management
