SAP HCM Consultant for brand new SAP HCM team

What you will do:
- analysis of existing SAP HCM proceses and proposing an improvements
- design of a new functionalities and features
- confinguration of a SAP HCM modules
- responsibility for an implementation and production of new features and changes
- testing of a new solutions
- preparation of documentations and manuals
- cooperation within a SAP HCM and other functional teams
- monitoring and support for various SAP HCM processes
- possibility to focus deeply on various HCM modules: Payroll, Talent Management, Enterprise compensation, Time management and more

- experience as a SAP HCM consultant or a key user
- experience with a functional analysis
- analytical thinking
- knowledge of SAP Fiori is a plus
