Dynamic and quickly expanding team is looking for a new colleague with taste in customer care and solving clients’ demands. Your daily tasks will involve:
- Assist clients in detecting technical and functional issues
- Coordinate end – to – end administrative process
- Maintain contact with customers using English and Romanian language
- Use professional manner to provide feedbacks and follow-ups on issues
- Improve, innovate and simplify manual processes

Requirements

- Both English and Romanian on advanced level (verbal and written)
- Secondary or University graduate with business administration background
- At least one year experience in client service
- Patient, communicative, empathic candidate with time management skills
- PC devotee with knowledge of MS Office
