SW Test Manager, Nitra

Responsibilities

- Testing activities are oriented mostly on Load and Performance
- Design, prepare, implement Testing strategies, in order to get desired quality of SW
- Resource management (allocation, monitoring, motivating)
- Preparation/review of test plans
- Preparation/review of test reports
- Leading, Training and Mentoring the team

Required skills:
- Expertise in Software Testing theories and practices
- At least 4 years of experience within SW QA and Testing
- Experience with Performance and Load Testing is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience with HP Performance Center/Loadrunner or JMeter is needed
- Experience with monitoring tools JBoss JON, Dynatrace , Wily or Icing is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a MUST, German language is a big PLUS
- Managerial experience is desired
