Senior Solution Specialist Robotics Operation Center

Robotics specalist monitors, designs, develops and runs the testing for the automated workflows in accordance to performance and quality standards defined and agreed with IT Solutions and the process owners, as described in the end-to-end process documentation. The robotics specialist will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that the virtual
workforce is performing the activities in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as participation in international projects in the area of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Understanding of Development, SIT, UAT and Deployment phases covering the entire Application Development Life Cycle
- Responsible for designing automation and issues solutions (RPA processes),etc.

The successful candidate should have the following attributes :

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical degree, or equivalent experience;
- Knowledge of basic concepts of Java or .Net (C#, VB, etc) or Oracle PL/SQL / VBA / HTML, experience with SAP and typical other IT-tools (preferred)
- Software development projects and process improvement experience
- Technical understanding of IT supported processes to increase process - automation and development orientation
-Very good Business English skills (area of Finance and Accounting).
