Customer care and order management with english+french

Your responsibilities would be:

- order management
- creating payment orders
- solve any kind of issues with suppliers
- communication with customers
- communication with internal departments
- to be active part of process improvement

We are looking for candidates that:

- Can fluently speak English and French
- High school education or university degree
- Developed communication skills
- Customer orientation
- User knowledge of MS Office package
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
