Job description, responsibilities and duties

The HRIS Support Specialist is a position within the HR department. The primary focus of this position is to ensure the support to all Employees of Global Blue worldwide in the use of the human resource management system (Workday) and also help the HRIS Manager in various tasks like data integrity check and reporting.

You will love the job if you want to:

- Provide ongoing telephone, online and webinar support to all employees for all HRIS inquiries
- Analyse, troubleshoot and help resolve HRIS issues in a timely manner
- Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements or workarounds to enhance the client's experience
- Provide data and reports to address specific request from client's needs
- Combines material from a number of different sources in order to produce reports
- Compares data from different sources and adjust data if required
- Maintain data integrity in system by running queries and analysing data
- Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation
- Trains employees/HR on procedures and new processes/functionality

Personality requirements and skills

What is the key for your success?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel in particular - pivot tables, vlook up etc.) with excellent data management / data analysis skills
- Good analytic and organizational skills
- Skill in both verbal and written communication - comfortable with Business English
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and demonstrate close attention to detail with minimal supervision
- High integrity and trust (manage sensitive HR data)

And this would help you a lot:
- Previous exposure to a HR environment as part of an international company
- Knowledge of a HR management system would be a plus
- 1 or 2 years in an international environment
- Experience to work as part of a remote team and with remote management
