OVERVIEW
The role is part of the Talent Acquisition function which is one of the Centre’s Of Excellence of HR along with Reward, Talent Management and HR Information Systems. We collaborate closely with the HR Business Partners to deliver HR services to the business across over 40 countries where Global Blue has its offices and teams. The TA team operates from Austria, Slovakia, Italy, Singapore and the Swiss Headquarter supporting attraction and selection activities for customers in all Global Blue locations.
The incumbent will manage operational recruiting in multiple business and multiple countries and will also support the HRBP for the region on various HR activities.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full lifecycle operational recruitment processes with focus on Technology positions internationally (primarily Austria, occasionally rest of central Europe)
Set up creative sourcing strategies in order to attract most skilful candidates
Establish a strong network of passive candidates also using the help of peers to execute on cost effective pipelines
Proactively use new sourcing channels with the drive to early catch soon-to-be candidates
Hold very close cooperation with the hiring managers during the recruitment process until the offer stage
Interact strongly with local HR members in order to assure administrational tasks are completed
Ensure high user adoption by promoting the recruitment systems among internal customers
Report on hiring progress, achievements and challenges on regular basis
Engage and manage external recruitment partners as and when required
Ensure the compliance of country specific hiring laws and system requirements according to Global Blue standards
Share and promote attraction and selection best practices across the global TA team
Work closely with the extended HR Team and other stakeholders on country and at international Level

REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Education
Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Sciences
Minimum three to five years’ experience in in-house recruiting for an international organisation or equivalent number of years as agency recruiter servicing international clients and locations (focus on Technology positions preferred)
Experience in working as part of a remote team and a matrix organization
Proven experience in handling the full cycle recruitment processes, knowledge of other HR related process would be a plus
Expertise in a variety of sourcing strategies, including research, head hunting, leveraging social media platforms to identify passive candidates in the marketplace
Experience working with an applicant tracking system and comfortable with analysing data (knowledge of Workday would be an advantage)
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous HR Generalist exposure would be a plus
Fluency in English is absolutely necessary
