Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Executing and/or ensuring the competence of the team of 5 in areas of:
- Process design, analysis, re-engineering incl. documenting and maintaining library
- Project management (planning, running and leading of internal projects focused on optimisation and effectiveness)
- Business analytics (measuring of KPIs, maintaining the KPI library, analysing and evaluating of progress)
- ISO responsible
- System / service management (act as interface between business / operations and IT)
- Developing the support function in line with market trends and needs

The candidate should manage the Operations team in the above mentioned areas.

We are looking for a strong candidate experienced in leading a team of project managers/specialists or process specialists or reporting specialists /analysts.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

An experienced management position – applicant must be able to demonstrate at least 5 years operational support, process management, project and reporting, experience; international experience is appreciated.
• Operational management experience in the B2C environment is desirable
• Experience of working with Business Processes, Report and Analytics - both understanding and developing
• Experience of project management, improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 27001 principles
• Fluent English
• Leadership and people management (min. team of 5)
• Must be able to demonstrate successes and achievements in previous positions
• Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of key fundamentals of operational support management from concept, set up, implementation to business as usual
• Flexibility, creativity and innovation, analytical thinking, reliability, responsibility
