Digital PR Manager

Overview:

Digital PR Manager is responsible for building and boosting the brand awareness within the online community. Helps develop and operationalize overall strategy towards the social networks including the identification of priorities. Covers and supports communication with all type of audiences (B2B, B2C).

Display ESET‘s expertise within IT security communities and IT communities while ensuring a collective vision and philosophy of ESET is presented across the world by all offices and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Building the community and boosting the brand awareness - Creating and growing Company’s relations with all defined target audiences and media through blogs, forums, social media, specialized users communities and any other
• Support content creation - writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, and other related communication materials
• Building social media profiles - Presence and present the Company through social media. Create and lead the strategy towards to social media
• Analytics – Monitor analytics and other measurements, incorporates into the follow up
• Create and manage relationships with specific IT professionals and influencers across a wide variety of online platforms and communities
• Be the central point of contact for defined target communities related communication at ESET
• Work with stakeholders throughout the business to ensure ESET is properly represented
• Systematically track performance and report results on a regular basis
• Meet agreed objectives and facilitate the effective delivery of strategic and operational goals
• Continually researching new opportunities to achieve the goals of ESET through the use of online communities and prepare proposals to take advantage of those opportunities
