Senior Process Manager Layouting and Communications

We are expanding our Customer Finance with a new team - Billing, and you can be there from the beginning.                                                                            
 Do your skills include design and layouting, coupled with a keen eye for detail? Do you have experience in billing and aspire to be an architect of enhanced processes? If yes, we are looking for you for the position of Billing Process and Quality Manager - Layouting and Communication.

Information
about the position

• Cooperate with operational teams on process and communication analysis and identification of efficiencies
• Analyse operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement layout and communication improvements including monitoring of the benefits to ensure quality, efficiency and improvement.
• Create and cooperate on drawing work instructions and documentation.
• Participate in the development of the billing process, presentment and channel strategies for Customer Finance
• Development and preparation of layouts for communication with the customer 
• Take responsibility for the content of all communication items over the entire project duration of various projects in the billing process

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

What we expect

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in information technology (IT) or layout and communication design
• Flexibility in traveling to Germany or other European countries
• 1-2 years background in finance preferred.
• Knowing how to design customer communications layouts is a plus.
• Good understanding of billing, with a background in economics and finance.
• Experience using layout design and communication tools.
• Ability to understand the entire Order-to-Cash process, including billing, payment, and collection.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to understand end-to-end process
• Detail oriented problem solving skills as well as being able to employ critical thinking and time management
• Full lifecycle project management
