about the position

• Leads and organizes work of employees in selected department according to the plan
• Divides tasks among employees and controls their fulfilling
• Is responsible for selection, evaluation and development of employees in selected department
• Independently deals with complicated situations in department
• Ensures the provision of services in the area of Asset Accounting (AA):
- Ensures the orderly settlement of all fixed asset transactions
- Maintains master data (accounts, document types etc.)
- Monitors and controls the regularity of the Asset Accounting sub-ledger and interface to the general ledger
- Maintains the interface between DTSS and managed companies in respect of all matters relating to the managed area
• Ensures the process effectiveness and efficiency in AA and ongoing optimization of processes in coordination with Process and Quality management dpt., and the attended companies
• Ensures the accuracy, quality and integrity of the managed processes in the DTSS
• Ensures current process descriptions and work instructions
• Participates in projects and supports the migration of new customers to Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Slovakia
