about the position

• Takeover business responsibility and have the authorization to train and decide on certain topics
• SPOC for escalations (1. level support for escalations)
• SPOC for operative topics and towards other departments within payment allocation team
• Addressing, solving and informing about problems (technical, operative)
• Solving problems and working on solutions (technical, operative)
• Supporting and documenting optimization measures
• Participating in project work and supporting different projects e.g EU Transition
• Performing ICS controls
• Working on other ad-hoc and regular requests/ tasks

• Fluent knowledge of English and German language (spoken & written), additional languages are beneficial
• Several years of experience in the financial environment
• Practical know-how on accounting and/or finance issues and corresponding processes
• Experience with SAP (especially Modules SD/FI)
• Experience from shared service centers and from international projects is beneficial
• Previous experience in consultancy and / or in the finance area of an industrial company is beneficial - an audit background is also appreciated
