about the position
• Takeover business responsibility and have the authorization to train and decide on certain topics• SPOC for escalations (1. level support for escalations)
• SPOC for operative topics and towards other departments within payment allocation team
• Addressing, solving and informing about problems (technical, operative)
• Solving problems and working on solutions (technical, operative)
• Supporting and documenting optimization measures
• Participating in project work and supporting different projects e.g EU Transition
• Performing ICS controls
• Working on other ad-hoc and regular requests/ tasks
