Today, the company has a network of 62 branches throughout the UK from which it supplies temporary labour to the industrial, HGV and warehouse & distribution sectors.

In 2012 The Best Connection achieved a turnover in excess of £193 million and was ranked as the largest supplier of temporary drivers in the driving/HGV market and fourth largest industrial provider for the fifth consecutive year in Recruitment International's Top 100 Report. In addition, the company has been shortlisted as Entrepreneur of the Year in both the Growing Business Awards and Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year, and received the Large Business of the Year Award from the Birmingham and West Midlands Society of Chartered Accountants.

Its founder members are chief executive Andrew Sweeney and directors Neil Yorke and Martin Recci. Andrew Sweeney and Neil Yorke are both based at the Central Administration Office in Halesowen, West Midlands, while Martin Recci is based at the company's Tyseley branch in Birmingham.

Its three founder directors, along with Michael Cooper who joined the company in 1993 and is based at Halesowen, continue to manage the Group.
