Finance Transformation Manager
* Work across functions and regions to establish “as is” states, clearly structuring and communicating findings to stakeholders
* Clearly define project objectives and formulate Transformation Project Plans with timelines, milestone deliverables, critical path analysis and resource requirements
* Obtain buy in from sponsors and stakeholders and implement a robust review and communication process for updates, tracking key performance indicators, issue resolution and alignment
* Project manage the obtaining and allocation of resources including staff hiring and onboarding activities, and the transitioning of activities including discovery, work shadowing, transitioning, stabilization and sign off
* Align transitioned activities and processes with global processes and the internal Taxonomy driving standardization and adherence to internal policies
* Manage post transition stabilization including identification of performance gaps, and developing and implementing corrective actions

* 8+ years’ experience in Finance role in an International Environment.
* 3+ years leadership experience
* Previous experience in change management, project management or consulting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the organization and work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of process analysis and business simplification
* Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
* Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
* Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
* Fluent in English and additional European language an advantage
