Senior IT Financial Analyst
Primary Purpose:
Senior Business Analyst will be part of the global IT asset management and Enterprise Global Infrastructure. The position will support the enterprise-wide functions in IT asset management area. This position will be responsible for performing various data analysis and business models, developing cost/benefit analysis, creating and delivering relevant KPIs to executive-dashboards and reports; and entering, maintaining and updating of business processes, standards and roadmaps using various tools.
Primary Duties:
* Plays a role of internal SME in asset management
* Uses quantitative techniques to analyze data and make decisions
* Create/update business processes, review them with various stakeholders and promote them in the enterprise with management’s help and direction
* Implements problem-solving methods in a global setting
* Demonstrates the ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
* Performs and owns business case development
* Develops effective reporting tools for the business units
* Implements report and dashboard design, creation and delivery activities.
* Analyzes the business unit’s activities and trends and compares analyses against the service standards and best practices
* Develops and owns modeling techniques and methods
* Responsible for costing model of hosting services, proper monthly reconciliation of charges globally
* Implementation of new hosting services, costs evaluation and price modeling
* Performs monthly vendor invoice reconciliation related to data centers
* Supports annual budget preparation and ownership for respective data center
* Ownership of asset data in configuration management database
* Facilitates and coordinates all activities pertaining to future CMDB scope extension
* Interfaces with the vendor resources in asset management area
* Collaborates across business units on various initiatives.
* Creates/execute test cases for validation.
* Ensures that all items follow the change management process and are entered and tracked through the change management
* identification of cost savings opportunities
* Provide consulting and training to the IT teams on effective use of asset management tools and processes
* Other related activities as assigned by his/her supervisor

* Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and collaboration.
* Strong written & verbal communications skills.
