This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company:
- Work in centre for all EMEA Operations. ITIL based incident, problem and change management environment
- Drive incident resolution calls to troubleshoot, restore service and investigate root cause
- Provide daily technical analysis for multiple Mainframe and Distributed systems both in the areas of batch and system functionality
- Monitors and controls systems and peripheral equipment
- Ensures a stable operating environment and attains maximum utilization of system facilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to the Command Centre Operations Team
- Working in 24/7 shift teams (12 hours shifts)

Requirements
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Active English
- Strong knowledge about the Incident Management in IT organizations
- Required to have a mainframe and/or distributed operations background
- Experince in Unix/Windows server environment
- Basic knowledge about ITIL process framework (Incident, Change and Problem Management) is an advantage
