Head of accounting team

The duties are:

- Lead and develop accounting team
- Organize workload of team and set priorities
- Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are balanced accordingly
- Prepare reports of KPIs
- Coordinate, attend and lead team meetings
- Ensuring correctness and compliance of processes with internal procedures
- Management of month and close activities
- Accounting support for team
- Solving escalated issues

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Degree in financial area
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Min. 2 years experience on leading position
- Background in accounting
- Advanced user of MS Excel
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Decisive personality
- Self motivator
- Have positive approach
