Job description:
As a member of ESET product management team, you will cooperate with other product managers, product designers, engineers and marketing communication stakeholders developing and promoting ESET products and services for home or business users. You will be managing strategic, operative and technical activities related to software product life-cycle. Besides defining of product goals and vision, your primary focus will be put into transferring actual problems of existing customers and prospects by participating on ongoing customer research, interviews and on-site visits in order to gather and understand their needs first-hand. You will collaborate with marketing communication stakeholders to help them understand the key benefits and values of product features and co-define product positioning on the target markets.
